Having already made a successful career for himself in architecture, the Brazilian entrepreneur recently reignited his passion for 3D and founded his own archviz studio. One of the first projects he completed is a tribute to a brutalist architect whose influence can still be felt in Bruno’s other work, some of which we at the Rebus Render Farm are thrilled to showcase today!

Throughout human history, myths and folklore have served as an important outlet for our desire for creative expression. While often fantastical in nature, the themes and morals contained within these age-old stories still apply to and reflect our experiences. It is no wonder then, that their universal appeal continues to inspire creative minds to this day, and Fabricio Rezende, our Rebus Render Farm September 2022 3D Artist of the Month, is no exception! His depiction of a leprechaun sees the traditionally mischievous creature far removed from its pot of gold, a hauntingly hopeless victim of abject poverty.
In our interview, Fabricio recalls his professional journey from the agricultural to the video game industry, reveals the real-life origins of his leprechaun, and speaks on the importance of finding your own artistic voice.

3D Artist of the Month March 2022: Claudia Lühl
Tuesday, March 1st, 2022 by Julian Karsunky
While beauty undoubtedly lies in the eye of the beholder, it is usually understood to mean "pleasing to our aesthetic sensibilities". To Claudia Lühl, our March 2022 3D Artist of the Month, beauty is particularly pleasing when it is complemented and contrasted with darker undertones. Crowning her recent graduation from the renowned Gnomon School of Visual Effects, Games and Animation, the 3D character artist reinterpreted a concept of a young child holding a lamb. A second glance at this seemingly perfect depiction of 'Innocence', however, reveals something unsettling lurking beneath the surface…
Join us, as Claudia dives deep into the creation of her latest project, talks about the hardships of studying during the pandemic, and her affinity for disquieting beauty.
