Creative 3D Lab. Challenge with Ander Alencar – Terms & Conditions


1. The promoter

1.1 The promoter is RebusFarm GmbH whose registered office is at Breidenbachstr. 46, 51373 Leverkusen, Germany.

2. The competition

2.1 The title of the competition is 'Creative 3D Lab. Challenge with Ander Alencar'.

2.2 Submission

The submission must be a self-made 3D image. The main emphasis may not be one/multiple bought 3D object(s). The image has to be at least 1000px wide.

Participation by submitting a self-made 3D image.

2.3 Submission period for the challenge is open from 19.06.2023 – 19.07.2023.

2.4 After the submission period the 3D expert jury will choose 1 winner.

2.5 All participants agree to provide the following information in case of winning.

(a) all information needed to be featured on RebusFarm's blog and/or social media channels.

(b) a high-resolution image of the winning picture if necessary.

(c) data to send the prizes

2.6 To enter the competition fill out the submission form truthfully and attach your self-made 3D image.

2.7 By submitting a competition/challenge entry, you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.

2.8 By entering the competition/challenge, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true.

2.9 Entrants shall not submit any images that use any political slogans or homophobic language, images of a lewd or explicitly sexual nature, content which is defamatory, obscene, illegal, vulgar, offensive or otherwise unsuitable or infringes others’ rights (including intellectual property rights).

2.10 RebusFarm reserves the right in its absolute discretion to disqualify any entrant if it has reasonable grounds to believe that an entrant has breached any of these terms and conditions, any applicable law (including copyright law) or has otherwise infringed the intellectual property of any other person.

2.11 In the event that a winner is disqualified from the competition, RebusFarm will select an alternative winner in the same manner as the original winner and such selection will be subject to these terms and conditions.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Only real persons of legal age (18+) may enter the competition.

4. Prizes / I  hereby agree to the usage for

4.1 The prizes for the winner are:

(a) 600 RenderPoints for the Rebus Render Farm

(b) 30 min online Q&A session with Ander

(c) 'MASTERVIZ - Master in Archviz, from zero to advanced'

(d) Promotion on social media channels of RebusFarm


5. Claiming the prize

5.1 RebusFarm will make all reasonable efforts to contact the winner. If the winner cannot be contacted or is not available within 3 days of the announcement date, RebusFarm reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant selected from the correct entries that were received. RebusFarm also reserves the right to offer the prize to the next eligible entrant in case the winner does not provide the necessary information (as stated in §2.5) within 5 days after initial contact.

5.2 No prize will be awarded where any entrant has committed any form of misconduct (as determined by RebusFarm in its sole discretion).

6. Ownership of competition entries and intellectual property rights

6.1 RebusFarm does not claim any rights of ownership in your competition entry.

6.2 The participant agrees that RebusFarm (and any third party authorized by RebusFarm) may use, display, publish, store, edit, re-format the entry (whether or not it wins the competition) for any promotional purpose (for example, placing it on the website or posting it on social media channels). Of course always with a copyright of the artist on it. You confirm that your entry is original that you own and have the right to license to RebusFarm the copyright and other intellectual property rights in the entry for the purposes referred to in these terms and conditions.


7. Data protection and publicity

7.1 By entering the competition, you agree that any personal information provided by you with the competition entry may be held and used only by RebusFarm or their agents and suppliers to administer the competition.

8. General

8.1 If there is any reason to believe that there has been a breach of these terms and conditions, RebusFarm may reserve the right to exclude you from participating in the competition and future competitions.

8.2 In the event of any dispute regarding these terms and conditions, the conduct or results of the competition, or any other matter relating to a competition, the decision of RebusFarm shall be final and unchallengeable and no correspondence or discussion shall be entered into, comment issued, or reason given in respect of any decision made by RebusFarm.

8.3 RebusFarm reserves the right to hold void, suspend, cancel, or amend all or any part of the competition where it becomes necessary to do so.
